BBC Extend Scheme 2013

Welcome to our Extend website, a dedicated source of information about the BBC’s work placement scheme for disabled people. Here you'll find information relating to the Scheme.
 
Extend is currently closed for applications but we will be recruiting again in August/September 2013. Placements are expected to start in January 2014 and run for six months. Please visit the BBC Careers web site for a full list of current opportunities at the BBC and to join the 2014 Extend mailing list email extendplacementscheme@bbc.co.uk

On our site you'll find a range of personal stories from recent participants in last year's scheme. They will share their views on what inspired them to apply for a placement, what they found interesting and how taking part has affected them.

We also hope that you’ll find our advice on completing application forms useful and that most of your questions will be answered by our FAQ section.
