TV Presenters come through different routes, some common ones being through journalism, acting or TV production.
Drive, curiosity and self confidence are just some of the attributes that will come naturally to a Presenter. Being in the public eye they need to be able to deal with personal criticism. This role involves a fascination in people and the ability to be comfortable with a range of personalities (and locations). Presenters also have the ability to stay calm when things don’t go to plan.
With opportunities to meet amazing people and travel the world it is clear why many people dream of a career in presenting. A great deal of determination and talent is required to stand a chance.
