The Vagina
Monologues is an hilarious and moving play about women and their sexuality
based on true stories arising from interviews conducted by New York
author Eve Ensler with women around the world.
Performed by three amazing women, with plenty of ad-libbing and audience
participation, the Vagina Monologues is a unique and liberating experience.
Eve
Ensler’s glorious show is warm, open, exciting, enchanting and
hilariously funny! See it even if you haven’t got one. |

In creating the show, Eve Ensler asked over 200 women of all ages
and backgrounds to share their ideas on normally taboo subjects, such
as sex, birth, orgasms and relationships. The resulting Vagina Monologues
transcend cultural barriers with intimate and often humorous results.
Casts in London have included Maureen Lipman, Lisa Stansfield, Meera
Syal, Anita Dobson, Mariella Frostrup and Pam Ferris.
I’ve
decided to tell my mother I’m starring in the Geneva Monologues
and it’s about a group of Swiss women in
banking. |
