The Duxford May Air Display was the first in the centenary year of powered flight. The show paid tribute to a number of remarkable against-the-odds missions and in particular commemorated the 60th anniversary of the Dambusters raid and the final mission of the B-17 Flying Fortress Memphis Belle.
