We raised £4000 for the guide dogs 8 years ago and they would not allow us to find out where our money had gone and which puppy we had sponsered. We got a lousy picture of a named guide dog puppy and another one of a puppy completing 1 year of training.I think you are very lucky to be able to take pics of the actual puppy.I would not even consider sponsering a dog again !! They are the richest charity in the country, and should be spending some of the money they have banked over the years
