Tuesday 7th July - Spinal Tap meets The Simpsons on the Cambridgeshire Breakfast Show with Jeremy Sallis, weekdays 7am-9am

If you're a fan of the Simpsons or Spinal Tap, you'll be aware of the work of Harry Shearer (also known as Mr Burns and Ned Flanders - and the band's bass player). Ahead of an exclusive gig in Cambridge, where Shearer is supporting his wife, Judith Owen, they both have a chat with Jez Diddly-Sallis.

Monday 6th July - Josie and Fred and their accident blackspot - on the Cambridgeshire Breakfast Show with Jeremy Sallis, weekdays 7am-9am

Josie and her partner, Fred, have seen more than their fair share of accidents - some fatal, on the Fen road where they live. She explains what makes that stretch of the A1101 so deadly, and Jeremy asks Amanda Mays, team leader of road safety engineering at Cambridgeshire County Council, what measures are being taken to make the road safer.

A gentleman on Carol's programme yesterday said that he never buys a poppy as the Korean war cemetary in Pusan is neglected. This has nothing to do with the British Legion & the Poppy Appeal.War Graves are the concern of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. Our job is to look after the survivours.
