As Cambridgeshire's Blast Reporter I hope to get as much information on what's happening in and around Cambridgeshire that will be of some interest to you. Main topics that I will be focusing on are music, theatre, arts and dance events happening in the county as well as local gigs and clubs that are worth attending.

My personal interests are media and music. I listen to all kinds of music from R&B to alternative, but I'm mainly interested in punk rock. A major interest I have is that I'm an MYP – Member of Youth Parliament. I am the MYP for North West Cambridgeshire with Huntingdon and have a cabinet of ten. As an MYP my role is to improve areas that involve youth. I have recently been away on my annual sitting at Lancaster University where I was with 360 young people from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. This was an amazing experience for me and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I will keep you posted with what youth are doing in North West Cambridgeshire with Huntingdon and if you have any views on what could be changed in Cambridgeshire for youth, feel free to email me your ideas.

I will be doing non-stop interviewing and will report on every event from gigs to plays that take place. I am attending Rockinbeerfest in August and hope to be interviewing top bands such as The Stranglers. Anything interesting and entertaining will be put onto this site. I will keep you updated with dates, times and places of this summer's events, so keep checking out the site.
