Synopsis:
(1998) Bill is a solitary writer who finds inspiration by following strangers around the streets of London. Breaking his own rule to never follow someone more than once, he is caught out by Cobb, the burglar who has become his latest target. Cobb takes him under his wing and educates the writer about his criminal world, leading Bill to switch his voyeuristic tendencies to a woman whose house they burgle. But is Bill the real victim?
