We agreed to play more regular games and so paid £20 each to
start the club.
A Manager and committee were duly elected and we joined the
Commercial league, playing in Whitchurch and then moved after
a year to our current location at Elm Park in Filton.
After four seasons we joined the Bristol Regional Sunday League.
Having just completed season 11, the only trophy won is the
Regional league ‘Fair Play’ trophy.
We reached Division One of the Commercial League when the structure
was Premier/1/2/3.
We reached the Philip Hillier Semi Final in our first season.
We have not been higher than Division three in the Regional
League.
Our 10th anniversary was commemorated by a game between players
old and new at The Memorial Stadium.
Six founder members have played in every season. It’s remained
a social club and we hold an end of season awards ceremony.
