Recently these old heads have been joined by some young recruits
who have greatly strengthened a somewhat depleted squad.
Manager Keith Miller took charge at the beginning of last season
and since then Lebeqs have become a formidable force in the
Premier Division, finishing 3rd last season.
Keith follows previous managers Ewart Williams and Jimmy Brown,
who both enjoyed successful campaigns.
In the clubs short history they have achieved several honours.
A highlight was reaching the quarter final of the FA Umbro over
35’s Sunday Cup, in which they beat some of the best clubs in
the country.
They were put out by eventual winners Club Sports of Birmingham
who fielded no less than five ex-professionals.
Lebeqs have been making steady progress since they were founded
and look forward to continuing it this season.
