Bristol’s Alternative Homes and Garden fair has more than 40 trade stands to visit.

Learn how to build your own sustainable house and decorate it with natural paints and pigments.

You could furnish it with furniture from reclaimed timber, locally-crafted mirrors and glass.

Its not just about the home either.

Various organic plants and garden fixtures such as water butts will be available to buy.

The Lifeskills Centre will also be open to visitors where hands-on home safety advice will be available.

The event is free and runs from 10am to 4pm.

A café will be open all day, serving hot lunches between 12-3pm.
