On July 5th at St Pauls Carnival, the BBC News on Tour roadshow
will give you the chance to see behind-the-scenes.

BBC
Breakfast's Natasha Kaplinsky will be at the event, which
will give you the chance to read the news for either TV or
radio.
In
the high-tech marquee, BBC News staff will even help you shoot
footage, sound mix, and direct your own bulletin.
Once
you've completed it, you can even take away a copy on tape
and show it off to your friends and family!
Special events
Keep
an eye out for special stage events, where you can try your
hand at a quiz, or listen to a masterclass about how the news
is made.

There
is also a cyber cafe where you can browse some of the BBC's
most popular websites - including BBC News and the BBC Bristol
website.
There
will be displays on everything from digital radio to your
favourite news presenters.
You
will find the stand at the Brigstocke Road end of Grosvenor
Road - the whole thing is free, so make sure you drop in and
say hello!
