Baldrick pens ode for City

Baldrick, played by actor Tony Robinson, was the loyal, if somewhat dim-witted, aide to Rowan Atkinson’s Edmund Blackadder, in the BBC comedy Blackadder.

Blackadder's Baldrick

Are you sure this is a robin master?

While the well-intentioned Baldrick may seem an unlikely supporter of Bristol City Robinson has called Bristol his home for over 30 years and is an avid Bristol City supporter.

Involved in politics in Bristol during the 1980s Robinson has also been awarded a Master of Arts by the University of Bristol.

Renowned for his cunning plans, which often turned out to be anything but, Baldrick has penned a witty ode to celebrate Bristol City’s “forthcoming triumph”.
