The stuff of dreams

Bristol City right back Bradley Orr always dreamt of being a Premier League footballer and now with the play-off final just days away that dream is a short grasp away from becoming reality.

Bradley Orr talks about the playoff

Orr admits that there is a feeling of excitement and anticipation amongst the players.

“There’s a great feeling and a great buzz around the dressing room, and I suppose it’s in our own hands now.”

For Orr, making the switch to playing in the Premier League would fulfil his childhood ambitions.

“It’s always been my dream, even when I was a young child in Liverpool that was my dream.

"Everyone wants to be a footballer don’t they but we are within touching distance of our dream.”

Growing up on Merseyside, Orr comes from a family of Liverpool supporters, and he looks forward to the day when he steps foot on the pitch at Anfield to play against his childhood heroes.

But despite their background Orr is convinced his family will be rooting for him rather than their usual allegiance.
