ProgrammesYou are in: Bristol > BBC Radio Bristol > Programmes > Profile: Richard Wyatt Profile: Richard WyattRichard Wyatt, who you might have seen on the telly over the past 35 years, is BBC Radio Bristol's new breakfast presenter. ![]() His TV work has seen him interview celebs at the Oscars, deliver Live Aid relief in Ethiopia and he's survived being knocked out by a low-flying aircraft. Richard started out his journalist life on the Weston Murcury before moving to BBC Radio Bristol for his first stint in 1973. From there, he moved to BBC Radio Brighton where he presented his own on-air shows. In 1974, Richard moved back to the West to become HTV's youngest ever reporter. During his career there he presented and produced every sort of programme you could imagine from news to light entertainment. Since then, he's taken a year off to do an MA in Art History and specialises in museums and art galleries.
