Mindreading fringe show gets preview

Mindbending Bristolian Chris Cox says he can't read people's minds ... we don't believe him.

Chris Cox

But, the 22-year-old has defied our beliefs and has gone and named his new show "He Can't Read Minds".

The show, which will play at this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival at the end of August, is due to be previewed in Backwell later in July.

Cox has brought his show into the 21st Century with a raft of high tech gadgets.

But it all boils down to one thing: He will delve into your mind and tell you things he couldn't possibly know.

It's all, of course, an illusion. But the good thing is, that he'll make you laugh like a drain along the way.

Chris has featured on Radio 1, BBC Three and digital radio network BBC7.

He even invented a mind-reading trick for Jo Whiley which she tried out on Derren Brown. Now that's impressive.

Tickets for the event on Sunday, July 30, cost £5 in advance or £7 on the door at the Backwell Playhouse.
