FACTS
During
the Civil War Siege of Bradford, the church tower was hung
with woolpacks to protect it against Royalist cannon fire.
One of the memorials depicts this moment in bronze.

Cathedral is full of rich history, from gruesome carved skulls
to patterned stones from an ancient cross - a earlier former
Anglo-Saxon Church built on the site.
