New Scripts
Just got a couple of new scripts on the website.
In comedy, we have Convenient Puppy, the first episode of series three of Grownups, written by the series creator Susan Nickson. You can also watch the episode on iPlayer for the next 12 days.
In drama, we have the script for the first episode of House of Saddam written by Stephen Butchard and Alex Holmes.

Hello,
What might the chances be of posting a script from 'Mistresses'?

I'll see what we can do. Can't promise, mind, but we'll try.

Would it be possible for Claire in the Community or other sitcom radio scripts? You have one example of radio comedy at the moment.

Yep, working on that.
Any more requests for particular shows, stick them in this thread. As I said to Serronah above, I can't promise we'll be able to get scripts from a particular series, but if I know what you're looking for I'll see if we can get hold of them.

a melancholy tries
to forget the

Thanks for taking the trouble to post the scripts that you already have. Any chance of a Jonathan Creek or Still Game?

How come Piers gets to post in white boxes and we get muddy grey boxes? Smacks of segregation. ;)

@Piers,
While we're at it, as the actress said to the Bishop, any chance of the first ever episode of the mega brilliant 'Damages'?
Or are you unable to get your fair hands on anything from the US of A?

Aspie: It's just my natural brilliance.
MrsM: Sorry, we only post BBC scripts on the site. If you're willing to pay ten bucks plus shipping for a copy, try Script City or Book City.
Everyone else: Thanks. Keep 'em coming.

Simply here / I stay with you.
There's a light
on the hill
when a dreamland
outshines and a
care fades away;
there's a delicate
sunshine in
the sound of
a wind, and
this is the right
way, while a
fright disappears
and a new day
returns.....

Hi
I find the scripts very, very useful - but is there any chance of getting a look at some of the supporting documents alongside them?
I'm thinking of e.g. Toby Whithouse's Being Human series 1 bible (if he'd be willing to publish, obviously). He mentioned this in the recent Q&A at the Soho Theatre, and it struck me at the time that being able to look at that would be immensely informative. Useful to see what's communicated to other writers and the production team, as well as to the audience through the script itself.
Cheers
Nic

Hi Grimlet
If you've got a completed script that's as good as you can make it, send it to us and we'll have a read.
You can find out more about what we're looking for on our submissions page.
