Why does the ICC ignore the cruise missiles and bombing of an unarmed Tripoli ?
In particular, why do the attacks take place at night?
I would predicate that this is an attempt to terrorise civilians, and cannot be condoned by Resolution 1973 which seeks to protects the civilian population, presumably not just one group of civilians.
The UN, whose resolution it is, has called for a pause in the fighting but NATO (or is it the French or Uk) is escalating the fighting.
Will the ICC investigate the reason for this escalation, made unecessary by the UN call to avoid further civilian casualties?
