    when does an election dispute result in a UN security council mandate that authorizes the use of force.
    Who is funding these so called republican rebels, i understand they are the same who attempted to seize power in 2002, that Quatarra refused he had nothing to do then. Faith has it now that the same rebel are those he called to resolve the issue.

    People the issue with ivory coast is about men who are only interested in power. Gbagbo is wrong to stay more than 10 years he should not have ran for the election. Quatarra too. He has a lot of blood in his hands so is the UN, they failed to disarm the rebels according to the Burkina Faso accord. Is a shame they just wanted a quick election and move out, am afraid they will stay there for years.

    This is a lesson for Africans, western interfering will not help you guys, France is there for their interest and they see that in Quatarra.
