Explosion in Moscow

Lots of you are getting in touch with the BBC after the explosion at Domodedovo Airport in Moscow.
At least 35 people have been killed: this BBC live page is following the very latest developments.
Lee from the UK e-mails to say he was there when it happened
We landed on our BA flight, where there was long queues through immigration. We walked through customs and about to leave airport there was an enourmous explosion. Snow lifted off the top of the airport.
Helen Curtis was also there
I was in the customs area when we heard and felt the bomb. Upon getting through to the baggage area it was obvious people were unsure exactly what happened. Then the most upsetting scene, bloodied dead and injured bodies being pushed through the aiport on baggage trolleys. The scene was one of chaos.
I use Domodedovo regularly from Moscow to/from London and have noted recently that the control of people outside the arrival hall had become very lax.I hav had to push my way out to get past taxi drivers etc looking for business..my guess is that the bomber came from outside of the arrivals hall rather than off a plane or through the airport.

In the 21st century, one would expect sophisticated surveillance at all international airports. But the problem is that terrorists have no scruples and are determined to cause the maximum mayhem by exploiting lax security controls. Our hearts go out to the innocent victims. International travellers should not be caught up in the machinations of evil terrorists.

Those who claim that all religions are the same, pleaes provide proof that all religions have suicide bombers. The only other example I can think of were the Tamil Tigers.
i've never heard of a Jew, christian, Bhuddist, Ba'hai, Scientologist, etc strapping on a bomb and walking into a crowded place and blowing him or herself up.

It seems also likely (to me) the coordinators and organizers of this mayhem are much less obvious than might first appear, which suggests casually directing bellicose rhetoric at broader Islam will have only negative effects. It is however also clear, I believe, that moderate Muslims need to pay very close attention to words and actions of those within their own ranks. These miscreants are waging war; both against the West and ultimately for control of Islam. I think their victory would be a greater loss for the latter.

Just because the few religions you've mentioned haven't done anything crazy in the past century, it wasn't always so. AND, that's assuming you don't consider our presence in the middle east crazy.

Those responsible for the attacks must be brought to justice.
Muslim clerics have to openly challenge this tactic of suicide bombing and repeat that it is anathema to any religion, even if the ends appear to justify the means. Instead they should recount Islamic tradition that it is illegal to take the life of innocents, even in the heat of battle.
Regardless of the terrorist attacks, Russia must address the issue of Chechnya and grant them their rights.
