What do you make of the final World Cup squads?
It was a frantic day yesterday as the final squads for the World Cup finals were announced.
Three of the big European teams - England, Germany and Italy - named their final 23s yesterday, with the big names missing out including Arsenal's Theo Walcott and Villareal's Giuseppe Rossi.
The hosts, meanwhile, also named their final squad - with a shock omission for the country's record goalscorer, striker Benni McCarthy.
And former England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson named his selection for the Ivory Coast - who face the challenge of getting out of a group including Brazil and Portugal.
What do you think of the World Cup squads? Do you agree with the final picks - or should some of the missing players be going?

Despite some managers’ claims to omniscience, picking the squads is as much good luck as judgement, so let’s just wish them all well and wait for the thrills and spills - I’m just happy Frankie-baby (Lampard) will get a chance to prove he can play as well for England as he has for Chelsea.

I think the England team is about right, but I might have had Theo Walcott instead of Sean Wright-Phillips, just as a wildcard. Like Linda, I'm also looking forward to seeing what new star will burst onto the scene. I was hoping to see this Neymar talent that Brazil is raving about but he's not on the trip. Time for Messi to take center stage and stake a claim for being the all-time great!
