There is concern among householders in St Asaph about plans to build up to 800 new homes in the area over the coming years, according to reports on our Welsh language news website, BBC Cymru'r Byd.

According to one objector, there are 1,300 houses in the area already and another 800 will put too much pressure on the local infrastructure. Could St Asaph cope with the influx of new householders and would it change the town beyond all recognition?
