What a load of rubbish!

So say residents fed-up with a new recycling scheme which is apparently leaving rubbish piled up, according to www.rhyljournal.co.uk.

Are you finding the collections service working or not in your area? Introduced in May in parts of Rhyl and Prestatyn, household and recyclable waste is collected on alternate weeks, from different bins.

But, the newspaper says, householders in Maes Clwyd, Rhyl, have been faced with mounting piles of bags and overflowing bins as their rubbish has gone uncollected.
