Tidal or wind power - which way's best?

Talacre Lighthouse Should tidal power be considered as an alternative to "ugly and unreliable" wind farms?

That's the view of Clwyd West MP David Jones who has backed the construction of a tidal lagoon off the coast of Kinmel Bay, according to the Rhyl Journal.

Do you agree with his comments which come as wind farm developers have begun new investigation work four miles off the coast of Abergele?

Contributor David says: "Wind farms, whether you like them or not, are one of the ways we, as a nation, can start to do something right in terms of global warming." What do you think?
