Cormorant versus eel?

It sounds like a Harry Hill sub plot but it actually happened!
Passers by watched in stunned silence as the epic battle ensued on the banks of the River Taff right in the centre of Cardiff.

At one point it looked as if the hunter was actually going to become the hunted...
