BBC Cymru Wales success at Bafta Cymru Awards

BBC Cymru Wales collected 11 trophies at the Bafta Cymru Awards 2010 in a ceremony held at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff last night.

Successes include programmes from a range of genres including drama, factual, news and current affairs, sport and interactive.

Drama productions to have picked up awards include Torchwood for Best Drama Series and Best Editor, Doctor Who for Best Design and Best Make-Up, and The Sarah Jane Adventures for Best Interactive.

Comedian Rob Brydon was honoured with the Siân Phillips Award for his outstanding achievements in network television and film.
