The latest additions to the Gorsedd of Bards for this year's National Eisteddfod have been announced. Each year new members for the Eisteddfod Druidic Order are chosen who have made a contribution to Welsh culture or society. They are honoured by being part of the procession and wearing the prestigious long white robes.
Among the privileged few are Only Men Aloud's choral conductor Tim Rhys-Evans, newly-appointed Children's Poet Laureate for Wales Dewi 'Pws' Morris, Catholic Bishop of Wrexham Edwin Regan, and Plaid Cymru MEP Jill Evans.

I think Tim Rhys-Evans is very deserving, for what he has achieved with Only Men Aloud! They are outstanding - it's a pity they can't all be included in the Gorsedd.
