"Best up-and-coming guitarist" from Abercarn?

Well now the man who managed Slash and his Guns N' Roses bandmates through their biggest success, Alan Niven, has declared a young guitarist from Abercarn as "the best up-and-coming player this century".

Niven - talking about Chris Buck of the Welsh band the Tom Hollister Trio - made the statement to Classic Rock magazine this month.
