Be prepared to be blown around this weekend as there's more heavy rain and strong winds in the forecast.
We hang on to the cloud and rain tonight with some heavy downpours so not very pleasant for the rush hour traffic but the rain will slowly clear eastwards.
There's more patchy rain overnight before the winds pick up ahead of the next weather front.
It will feel chilly tonight too, with the temperatures getting down to 3C(37F).
After a dry and bright start on Saturday, rain and very strong winds will develop, strengthening throughout the day and reaching gale force on exposed areas with gusts of 50-60 mph
Squally showers will be running in from the west too which will be heavy at times.
The showers will continue into Saturday night and it will remain windy well into the evening so not really ideal conditions for firework displays. Wrap up warm if you venture out though as it will feel chilly in the wind.
Sunday is the best day of the weekend. At least we will see some bright spells but there will be a few blustery showers dotted around.
By late evening a band of rain will sweep across Wales, clearing overnight.
Then high pressure takes charge for the start of the working week so Monday should be drier and brighter with much lighter winds.
Make the most of the fine weather on Monday though as it will turn wet and windy again on Tuesday.
Have a great weekend!
