hi victoria there is no excuse for racial behaviour you have to blame the parents for not teaching the kid life and social skills its there job tp educate there kid a teach him from a early age im not sure if this kid was in to football and sport but he would only have to look at the england national team with many mixed race and black kids playing for there country they were born in

Message 1. You cannot always blame the parents. It is a combination of education by the parents and school, and genectics.
