McLaren and Mistresses

Victoria Derbyshire | 09:45 AM, Wednesday, 29 April 2009

We're expecting lots of breaking sports news in the programme today - how should Team McClaren be punished? They're in the dock this morning charged with 5 counts of bringing the sport into disrepute after lying to race officials about overtaking. We'll bring you the ruling live during the programme.

England's cricket selectors name their first test squad of the summer just after ten

Plus can you be a mistress and be happy? Today - we're bringing together a woman who describes herself as a "serial" mistress, with a woman who's ex- husband was unfaithful to her.

And of course at midday Prime Minister's Questions

It is a shame the BBC a organisation who I once liked is now a pathetic shale of what it used to be.
I listen to the radio more than the telly but without doubt the BBC treats its forced wage payers with utter contempt.
In the mornings we have woman’s hour on radio four and women’s three hours on radio five. Most of the topics are child/women related giving a big finger to those are not women or parents.
In the evenings they do a program called the apprentice? Those who wish to watch may do so. But us poor buggers who wish not to do so still have it thrown down our necks on the radio the following day. Here is a little thought, if I had wanted to know what happened,I and the millions others who chose not to watch it would have watched it, wouldn’t we?
Bur alas Vitoria is a women with a child also likes the apprentice so that is all she is going to do on her show.
I could choose not to listen to her program, but I am still forced to pay her wages by law.
From now on any party which scraps the BBC tax will get my vote.

I was under the misapprehension that Victoria's show was getting better and dealing more with serious issues. How wrong could I have been.5live has gone so down hill with this kind of topic and dumbed down radio it has now gone beyond the point of no return.

    Switching off yet again.

On a seperate issue as you are discussing it - EPO.

So people are aware, EPO is primarily used by people with Kidney Disease and are on Dialysis.

Its used by Athletes - illegally it seems:

I am aware of this as my wife has Kidney Disease and injects EPO every so often.

    Cheers

EDIT - just heard EPO being explained on Victoria's show!

it's not easy being married to someone you love but are unable to find total fullfillment with them. I find great sympathy with the women I heard today who, like me, are happy with their partner but need to find someone else for sexual grartification. To be highly sexed is not abnormal but a fact of life, it is not an easy thing to try and combine the two and speaking for myself it puts me on a great guilt trip. But I try to do the right thing how i see it to keep my own sanity.

How on earthe did Hamilton and McClaren thing they were going to get away with it? These are grown men lying to race officials to gain an advantage. Not only is Hamilton the current world champion but he's also supposed to be a role model. it truly does beggar belief. My advice would be to try a differnt sport like, say, football where cheating is not only approved of but in some places actively encouraged and disrespect of the rules and officials is very much the norm.
