I have been listening with interest to your show regards the giving up of alcohol. I have done the same. I feel much better for it and my life is running smoothly once again. (It's tobacco next!)
May I point your listeners in the direction of Jimmy Greave's autobiography: 'This one's on me' which is a great read for sports fans and includes some points and insights on alcohol well described.

Highlight of the year was VD being slapped down by Asma for wishing everybody a HNY before it was actually New Year.
Then dear reader she herself gave the correct address of ,"Happy New Year when it comes."
How about VD's resolution being to try to LEARN things and not rely on a researcher whispering facts into her ear. The level of ignorance displayed on her programme is worthy of a Labour MP.
