Here's to you, Mrs Robertson
The Westminster Northern Ireland Affairs Committee took a crack at Lord Saville today over the delay and cost of the Bloody Sunday inquiry. A colleague pointed out that the Committee website still lists Ian Paisley as our First Minister.
However it would be a cheap shot to make too much of this as the Committee's annual report, published today, makes it clear that it has hosted a farewell dinner for the former First Minister and taken evidence from his successor.
After all the current First Minister's wife sits on the Committee. Or does she? The Annual Report lists Committee members, including the Strangford MP, "Mrs Iris Robertson".

RJ
everyone knows what happened on Bloody Sunday despite the false victimhood etc shown from SF/IRA
what with the political and "peace process" though it is not going to be convient or good timing anytime soon to deliver a verdict

The DRD website has different problems:
"The Department for Regional Development's website has been experiencing technical difficulties over the past number of weeks and we are currently only able to provide a limited service whilst we continue to resolve all of our difficulties."
This message has been up for months!!
The Rathlin ferry investigations report doesn't get a press release or a front page mention; it's tucked away in publications.
The DRD Measure Investment Proposal for public transport had some very interesting information about proposals for the Rathlin ferry service. It went AWOL but a copy was made by Google. I've put it on to Scribd - in the public interest.

Nevin.
Maybe DRD are changing everything to the "North" for their leader.
