The Minister for the Environment, Sustainability and Housing, Jane Davidson, has coined a new phrase.
You thought her colleague, the Minister for Rural Affairs, was about to announce a ban on electric shock collars because she thinks they're cruel and unnecessary.
In fact, Elin Jones is about to make an announcement on "a Wales-leading-the-way-issue".
Trips off the tongue?

Please take it easy on the delightful Jane Davidson.
In the latest "which AM would you most like to be stuck on a desert island with" contest, the boyos down the club voted unanimously for Ms.Davidson.
Well I say unanimously, but 'Dirty George' and 'Dainty Dave' both voted for Carwyn Jones....but we won't dwell on that.
Talking about electric shock collars, are the AMs aware that several thriving establishments in Cardiff would face very hard times if a ban on such collars was indeed introduced.
One such business, not far from the Bay as it happens, told me (in confidence) that if this ban did come into play then the membership would go down and many just would not come again.

'electric shock collars' - what on earth ?
Are these things sold by Anne Summers to help train recalcitrant husbands with a domestic 'control order' for offences which don't quite necessitate a full out divorce ??
Like flipping the channels on the television when East Enders, sorry, Pobol Y Cwm, is on for example ?
