The new film Quantum of Solace is launched this week, unleashing a frenzy of press coverage.

I walked away from the Bond report because I could not bear to watch Hardeep talking with his mouth full. It is not a pretty sight! I did not mind him upending all the popcorn into his mouth as a statement. However, I object to him talking to me while masticating food. I think this is still a question of manners and it is not out of date. People don't want to look at food and listen to garbled speech.

Watching Hardeep eat popcorn was horrible and then he topped it by giving Adrian a smacker at the end of the programme. Not pretty, particularly as neither of them are pretty, and poor Adrian did look grossed out. I couldn't watch the Bond report because of the presentation, but to answer the question, without the benefit of that, I think Craig is just fine.

I always enjoy The One Show, it manages to pull in so many interesting topics and with a sense of humour however, it was revolting to have to watch Hardeep eating whilst speaking. I can't imagine who thought that was a good idea.

Daniel Craig is the darkest Bond I have known and really does not look the part.
He would make a good action hero, but not this one.
How about bringing Flashman to the big screen? The cinema only ever featured his weakest story. Many are like Sharpe with more cowardice and grit. How about a Dick Francis character?

It's not as if it's the same thing over and over again, they ARE different movies each time.
As long as there's a good fight scene and a good storyline that's all that matters!
