Dave 'The Prop' (pictured above) is a fan of Lynda's. With a little coaxing from the producer of today's show, Dave agreed to pose for a photo in honour of the Calendar Girls star (see below, right).

I used to like your show but now feel that anyone who works for the BBC should be ashamed of themselves,children are dying in Gaza and the BBC is more concerned with its image,maybe now we will be able to quosh the licence fee,nd get rid of the free loaders that run it,

I think the show so far tonight has been great, except for one thing. How the hell do you expect anyone to take the BUY BRITISH campain seriously, when you have a sikh on wearing a scottish kilt promoting BUY BRITISH!!!. How more un-british can it get!

I think that someone ought to start a "Dave the Props Man" fan club. At least once a week he seems to go "above and beyond the call of duty" in the One Show's effort to entertain us.
Give that man a pay rise.

Ref the Watford Gap article. The guy from Northampton said that there was NO gap at Watford Gap. I have always been led to believe that this is the area where, in the last ice age, the melting ice passed through "the Watford Gap (in the hills).
This would follow a valley back through Daventry and towards Wales? Am I wrong or is "the professor" ill advised?

What's happened to the blogs for tonight's show and the showreel? Help! has something gone astray with your website? Think something is not quite right as we seem to look at pictures on the main site that are days out instead of the most up to date ones and now there is nothing to log on to for tonight's prog i.e. 27/01/09? I've logged on to see what others thought of the show tonight and there's .......nothing.

Why on earth does Carol Thatcher get fired for an off-stage and harmless remark when Jonathan Ross gets away with so much vitriol - on air?
