What did you think of The One Show? Guest: Sue Perkins

Adrian and Christine were joined by comedian Sue Perkins.

Gyles Brandreth looked at the decline in independent book sellers and asked if increased competition from the internet and supermarkets is partly to blame.

One Show vet, Joe Inglis reported on the growing problem of puppy farms, where dogs are bred in squalid and cramped conditions.

Legal commentator Joshua Rosenberg was in the studio to discuss Jon Venables' return to jail. Jon was one of the two killers of toddler James Bulger in 1993.

John Sergeant took a look back at the dark days of the 1970's when the miners' strikes led to power cuts and the introduction of a three-day week.

And Christine's gearing up to water-ski 26 miles across the English Channel for Sport Relief. In tonight's film she went to see her family in Northern Ireland and tried out the rough waters of Strangford Lough.
