Adrian and Christine were joined by comedian and actor Matt Lucas.

As Matt is in the latest Alice in Wonderland movie, we got curiouser and curiouser with a skit featuring our own mad hatter, queen of hearts and an odd looking cat!

Treo the dog and his handler Sergeant Dave Heyhoe were in the studio. Earlier today, Treo was given the the Dickin medal for his work in Afghanistan. It's the highest military honour that can be given to a canine.

Lucy Siegle visited a scheme funded by Sports Relief at Dukebox Gym in Croydon. It offers non-contact boxercise classes to those suffering with mental health problems.
