Ladies and Gentlemen... Tom Jones
Yesterday afternoon the Southbank was mobbed with people who had come to see a very special Culture Show Busking Challenge. Tom Jones worked his magic on the crowd, but will he be able to surpass the record of the current holders of the Busking Challenge crown, the Fron Male Voice Choir?

Tune in on Tuesday 2 December to find out who has triumphed in this battle of Welsh musical titans. Here's some footage filmed by somebody in the crowd:

Is it just me, or is the censoring of an artists song title (on an "Arts Show" akin to pixelating the sexual content on a Titian or covering up Grace Jones breasts.
Has the medium of challanging language in art, become taboo, over night?
Are those of us watching an arts show (featured as "Uncut")after midnight considered to be of such delicate sensibility that the F word in a song title would have us jamming the switch board and canvassing the tabloids in a witchhunt against foul mouthed presenters?
I thought we had left this sort of censorship on the BBC behind us and if programme producers are now so concerned about content that they feel the need to censor like this,I for one will consider my licence money wasted on just another mediocre media.
