I love Nartem... but if Nat needs an epidural it makes no sense to dance.
It will only mask the pain and may well lead to more injury problems.

Agree with jo scott 100%. It is something about modern living which really bothers me; adverts tell us to take a potion and not let anything get in the way of carrying on with our day - constantly pushing our limits. Our bodies speak to us all the time - we ignore the signs at our peril!

Agree with you both 2 & 3, she needs to look after herself first at the end of it the dancing will still be there if she looks after herself now before the damage gets any the worse.

Just caught up with week 3 on iPlayer. I LOVED everything about Fiona and Anton's dance. Wonderful costumes, hair, choreography, performance - so Grace and Bing. Well done Anton in getting a fabulous partner this year. And the song - so gorgeous. Who IS that singer with the Dave Arch singers? We never get their names - but whoever sang "True Love" was spot on. Can't get enough.

I love Julian and his outfits. He is such a perfectionist and so sincere. Julien love you to bits. You have my vote.
