It's the last Sunday Results Show before Christmas. And what a Results Show it's going to be.

Last night our couples danced for the penultimate time, but who will face the dance-off? Being in the bottom two on the leaderboard is never a good place to be and the top two on the leaderboard are the only pair left in the competition that have actually faced the dance-off before.

It's still all to dance for as two couples dance; one couple leaves! Which two couples do you think will face the dance-off? Let us know your thoughts.

Don't forget, the Strictly Results Show is on at 6.50pm, BBC One.

Well, Denise was rubbish in the rumba she had hip movement and the coreography was dragging everywhere and not flowing, and Lisa got as far as she could go weeks ago and lost her mojo week after week, she could only do the latin dances and not the ballroom, which is a big part of strictly come dancing. Kimberly was just not amazing her dance was exacly like Denise's and not flowing at tall, Louis did not have his best night and I was a bit dissapointed with his effort, but looks like he was saving up for the final, at least everyone voted for him in the final anyway, if Denise had won that final I would be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even the quiz says Kimberly & Pasha had 5 lifts in their American Smooth - wonder why no one penalised them properly for this?

    @ Fergal.

    Many thanks for the info.
    I thought it was wonderful.

Re Louis, I agree, I've not enjoyed all his dances, but at his best, I think he's a real contender.
And, I also agree, there's something about him, but I prefer the "look," from a few years ago when his entire head was shorn.
That "rug," look on the top of his head, doesn't work for me.

And, I'm pleased to see that Pasha, who seemed to have had a similar thing going on, at the beginning of the series, seems to have had his "balanced," out a bit.

@emasl, re the novelty acts, I'd hope for a similar outcome, but I fear, they won't learn their lesson with this one and that Anton, will be lined up with another "comedy," option next year.

Sad, for me, because, although I can't take to the man, I just adored watching him with Erin on Sunday in that opening sequence.

    Rich.

I sincerely hope that the BBC stops trying to find a 'novelty act' each year. It is demeaning and insulting to the contestant and to the public. They are put in purely to make fools of themselves and to up the ratings. We all know the end result of public humiliation so I trust that the BBC will think again. On their track record I think it is highly unlikely that they will take a blind bit of notice of what the public say though perhaps, with the events of the last few months, they might have learned some humility..... yeh right

I was delighted Lisa got so far but agree that this was the time for her to go; she knew it we knew it and on ITT tonight she was gracious and just so grateful for the wonderful time she has had.

Think the final is going to be terrific and will state right now that I want Kimberley and Pasha to win so I am crossing my fingers and toes

    Hi all,

Firstly neorich@91 Katherine Jenkins was runner up in the Dancing With The Stars final and the pro partner she was performing the jive was Mark Ballas her pro partner in Dancing With The Stars and that jive was on par and even matched Darren Benett and Jill Halfpenny's jive in Series 2.

Also I could not agree with more neorich Claudia does that entrance when she comes on at the start of the results show very Sunday and it isn't working she looks like a cross between the Hunchback of Notre Damme and an employee who slept in and missed their alarm call.

Also jabsco@85 from a gay man's perspective Louis Snith is extremely sexy his photoshoots in Reveal magazine and that nude shoot for Cosmo proved how sexy he is and he promised to go topless for the show dance and for me he can do the show dance in nothing but his boxers and a smile but this a family show after all so it will be bare chested the baby oil will be in flow I do agree he is one of the weakest dancers in the show but his sex appeal makes up for that and women and gay men know what they want they want a bit of sex appeal on a Saturday and if it gets him the votes so be it.

    Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeep Dancing

Well, I would like Dani to win as she has just been quietly getting on with it and improving every week. Or Kimberley has ability or I would not mind Louis; Denise has talent, but I never took to her in the same way as the others and I had so hoped that Lisa and Robin would be in the final.

It was the right result, however I'm still very sad to see Lisa leaving Strictly as I would much rather watch her dance than Louis!! There's no spark with Louis, he lacks personality and half the time looks as though he isn't that bothered!! I also thought that it was very bad to bring on the finalists before Lisa and Robin's final dance!! Just rub her nose in the fact she didn't make the final why don't you!! Wasn't appropriate at that moment in time and I hope the finalists felt a bit bad because I sure has hell would!! All I'll say to finish is that I will miss Lisa and Robin as they made such a wonderful partnership and you just know they'll stay mates for life!! Can't wait to see them on the tour in the New Year!!

"If I define "novelty act" to be one which relies more upon performance and tricks, rather than dancing ability, then Lisa Riley is the best dancer amongst the novelty acts I have ever seen in
the four or five seasons I have been watching strictly."

    Very well said indeed.

I thought Lisa would be a "dud," in week 1 and, on that score, IMO, she made me, others and CRH eat our words.

I don't approve of "novelty," acts in this show and haven't found the ones we have had in the slightest bit "entertaining."...in fact, quite the opposite, they've been IMO, cringeworthy and embarrassing to watch.

Lisa Riley is not even close to being such a thing..and I've found her totally entertaining and committed to the contest and working her socks off for her partner..unlike a few I've seen in the past.

    Rich.

I have paid my tribute to Lisa and Robin elsewhere and will simply say again, well done! IainNichols, I could not disagree with you more! Those who voted for Lisa, and others, did so in the true spirit of Strictly, a family orientated, interactive, viewer participation , light entertainment programme based around dance, precisely as Fenia Vardanis intended it to be; and NOT a serious dance contest!
Indeed, I would have been happy to see Lisa progress to the final at the expense of the lady pgrofessional, but will content myself with the knowledge that the latter is the least popular finalist with the viewing public, who, in the true spirit of both Strictly and fairness, will ensure either Dani, Lewis or Kimberly will lift the glitterball!

    Good grief.

Just what on earth possessed Tess to think that wearing that dress concoction was a good idea?

Just what on earth is Claudia doing when she comes on at the beginning of the show?

If it's supposed to be some sort of "comedy," entrance, it isn't working dear ;O)

Loved the Jive done by Kathryn Jenkins and her rather cute partner..and loved the song so much I've just downloaded it..

For me, sad to say, it was definitely time for Lisa & Robin to go and I agree with FootieMad above that she has indeed brought a great deal of pleasure to a large number of people on a Saturday night and I thought that both she and Robin dealt with their exit graciously and with dignity..

I was quite choked by the whole thing.

I wish her all the best, but I don't think she would've been right for the final as I don't think her dancing has kept pace with the improvements made by all the other couples.

Re Denise, on a personal note, I don't agree about James, for whom I have a lot of time, though I'm fascinated how some people take to some of the pros and not others.
I've very little time for Artem, or Anton and Vincent used to irritate me enormously, though he's grown on me this series, but I've oodles of time for Natalie and Aliona, who others seem to dislike.

I do think it's down to the "advantages," it's claimed she has, plus the attempt, this week, at tugging on our heart strings, which I think, backfired..
What with the X-factor barely disappearing over the horizon, anyone watching both of them would have had more than their fill of endless sob stories and I hope it's not something that's going to creep into Strictly as they search for endless ways to "improve," the format!

I'm really looking forward to the final as I believe that we have the best 4 pairs in there.

However, I think Denise, given what's happened in the last 2 weeks, must be feeling very vulnerable now and I can't see there's any way she & James are going to win it on the public vote.

    Rich.
