Not satisfied with your glittery fix on Saturday nights? Still looking for exclusive content and more Strictly shenanigans? Then we have just the thing for you!

Press the red button on your remote this (and every) Saturday and join Karen Hardy as she goes through the highs and lows on the dance floor.

If you’ve missed any of Karen’s guests, like Sara Cox, Ann Widdecombe, Rufus Hound or John Culshaw here’s a few of their ultimate highlights.

Want even more from your Strictly experience? Here's why you should be pressing red...

This week Anton Du Beke steps into Karen’s presenting shoes, joined by his former dancing and sparring partner Nancy Dell'Olio.

The red button commentary should be available on this website after the show (and placed on youtube). It's far too invasive during the show so I never watch it. However, after the show it's interesting to see what's been said about the dance.

@Iconoclast - YES! If there is any justice in the world Anton will be presenting Strictly in the NEAR future (pleeeeeez). He is the best and natural choice. Unfortunately I've got a horrible feeling they'll give it to Graham Norton, which would be a disAASter dahling. I LOVE Karen Hardy - probably a little bit too much. She would be an amazing judge.

Frankly, I would like to see Strictly presented by Anton, assisted by Zoe Ball. With "It takes 2 presented by Ian Waite and Karen Hardy. Brucie has been great, but it really is time for him to retire! Actually Karen Hardy should be one of the judges, if she can't be the presenter of it takes Two. As for the Northern "blonde" (can't remember her name) - great eye candy but no personality!

I agree. I'd be interested in listening to it when I watch it later on - not live - if it could be embedded in the recording for my sky+ box. It is bad enough when my kids talk over the dancing - I'm not going to press the red button and ASK for someone to chat over my viewing pleasure!

One mahoosive reason not to press red is the constant dragging out of La (I wont dance Latin) Widdecombe. Please, please, please lose her phone number & stop answering calls from her agent.

Having someone chattering over the dancers for me is just not good. If we had the option to watch later then maybe.

Please put the red button commentary on line like last year.
I'd rather listen after the dance than during the dance.
