Are your toes tapping uncontrollably? Getting cold glitter sweats in the night? Memories of flying MP's and astrologers?

It's fine. You're just suffering from what we like to call Strictly Come Dancing - itus and it's perfectly normal this time of year!

Now you have an outlet to share this with the country!

This year (in the style of Uncle Sam) we want YOU to send in you video Strictly re-enactments.

Even our production team have got involved!

They could be one of the iconic routines from the past 10 series - how about Russell Grant's Cha Cha Cha or the classic Charleston from Chris Hollins? They could even be re-enactments from this series. How about studying those moves from Richard and Erin or Denise and James on Friday and Saturday evening and sending them to us?

Your only restriction is your imagination!

So come on and get involved. Just send your Strictly re-enactments, no longer than 30 seconds in length, to ittakestwo@bbc.co.uk and you could see yourself on It Takes Two.

Also remember to film your re-enactments landscape with your phone or other recording device so that we can broadcast this on television.

PLEASE, please can you remove the hired screamers (howling dogs) from the back -team of It Takes Two. It adds nothing but an irritation to a program that should be fun and informative.
They have also been added to the main show, we've noticed......just like The X Factor. Do you really want emulate them ?

What a great disappointment" it takes two" has become. Nothing personal, Claudia's wit, banter and dry sense of humour was a joy to watch. I am afraid Zoe Ball although perfectly ok in her own right is simply too boring. Have not watched "it takes two" since the 7th week of her first series, I tuned in to give it another go this second series. Sorry, loud ,and unfunny Bring back Clauds in her impossible high heels. A joy to watch.

If a dress is fantastic do the girls get the chance to get them.

Love Strictly BUT please, please, please ask the producer/director to stop Mr Steadycam racing around the floor like a demented rabbit in the cars headlights! He goes round and round completely ruining the graceful turns of the dancers and just makes me so dizzy - and I bet I'm not alone.
Also, why can't they cut out some of the "training footage" that true afficinados have aleady seen on 'It takes 2' and ensure that ALL the judges get a chance to speak. Surely the SCD show should be made up of: 1) the dancing 2) the judges comments 3) the gossip etc. ...in that order of priority. Please Mr Producer, listen to my comments.

So glad to see Zoe. She does a marvellous job! I like her outfits, too. Agree with comments @29 and 30. I also like Karen and Ian Wait, they are great!

Did Darcy realise that when she swished onto the SCD-ITT set she really showed off her cheeky side ;)

Agree with dancingstevieb (#29) wrt Zoe. Pitty that Caudia's sillyness is still on the results show
