It's the final training for our final four for our Grand Final. Our couples are fighting for the chance to lift that glitter ball trophy with training for not one, not two but three dances on Saturday.

Find out how our celebrities are coping with THREE routines for the Grand Final

So this is how it works this Saturday, in our main show at 6.30pm each couple will perform their show dance and the judges favourite routine. At 8.50pm in our Results show, the couple with the least amount of votes will leave. The remaining three will dance once more time, performing their favourite dance before the winner is announced.

Louis wasn't my favourite to win but now feel that he was the deserved winner I don't think there will or can ever be a more amazing show dance on Strictly Come Dancing - it was an amazing balance between ballroom, latin and gymnastics - Louis looked magnificent and his lifts of Flavia were so beautiful. This has to have been truly the best ever SCD without a doubt. I do wish though that there was going to be a final It Takes Two to finish off the series it is definitely needed just to have a final interview with the winners and tie up the loose ends nicely. Please consider this happening for next year please. Congratulations to Zoe Ball on a wonderful show she was even better than last year well done her!

Louis - myself and my 5 year old (gymnast) daughter were mesmorised by your dance. We rewinded back and coincidentally stopped where you were saying "we want you to rewind back and watch again and again" - you must be psychic because we have watched again and again. To quote "fabulous" and "amazing" - we will never forget it. Fiona & Alana

I used to like Strictly.....but now it seems that it's existence as a dancing competition is the last thing on the BBC's mind. The chavi-ish clapping, (can't this be banned or muted?) the hysterical behaviour of most of the presenters and judges (particularly Bruno Tonioili), the wall to wall noise........they all seem to me like reality TV at its worst. UGH! Fellow bloggers, please do not accuse me of being 'grumpy' or 'negative' just because my opinion may differ with yours!

I love the 'in training' videos. Please make them longer next year!

I've particularly enjoyed the second half of SCD this year, after the separation of the wheat from the chaff. All four finalist pairs really deserve to be there. The choreography has been superb, the dancing exemplary. I can't understand the constant back-biting against Denise and think all four 'celebs' seem like lovely people. I hope they all dance to their best capabilities; I hope they - and we - all enjoy it and whoever wins, well done!

Kimberley does not get away with lifts. She must of been doing them in dances in which they are allowed. Anyway, I will be watching like a hawk to see if anyone does an illegal lift. I reckon we'll see another personal best at some stage tonight. I think Louis salsa will be better than first time round. I think though its unfair that Denise and Louis get latin dances where as Dani and Kimberley get ballroom.

It is strange that in a lot of polls, Kimberley is the favourite to win but the bookies are on Louis to win. I think the showdance will either be dissapointing or fabulous for either of them. I want Kimberley to win but all of them are good. Some better than others but I won't be dissapointed if any of them win. But blimey it's tight between Louis and Kimberley. One poll suggests that Kimberley has 48% or so but I have seen others where There is only a couple of % between Louis and Kimberley. Im so looking forward to tonight. KEEP CALM LOUIS, KIMBERLEY, DANI AND DENISE. You will be fine.
