It’s the day before the big live show and all our celebs and pro-dancers are in rehearsals at Strictly HQ, but how are they feeling?

They’re all dreading going home at this stage in the competition but someone has to – it’s in the rules and everything. You now get to chance to see how some of them are feeling – who is nervous? Who can’t wait? And who is feeling poorly?

Remember, Strictly is on tomorrow, 6.50 pm, BBC One

    Does anyone get as mildly irritated as me by the frequent wrong use of the word "synchronicity". It's like a producer has decided to hijack it for the programme because it's shorter and easier to say than "synchronization"
    . The established definition of the word is ".......the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, yet are experienced as occurring together in a meaningful manner"

    Rather' unpleasant' comments re Ann Widdecombe btballroom! Not all of us share your views but, of course, you are entitled to your own but whether it is right to express them in such a way when the whole world can read them is another matter.

    Judges scoring is absolutely shocking. Just what does Louis have to do to get a decent mark from Craig. Much as I love Lisa, she's definitely not one of the stronger dancers yet always gets positive comments and decent marks and poor Louis must be feeling totally demoralised when no matter what he does, he gets no confidence boost at all.

    Re: 1 dixie dancer. I have never attended a strictly show, but other bloggers ( who have) have pointed out , in earlier seasons, that the audience is segregated. i.e. the celebscum are kept apart from the decent folk. What I don't know is if that reserved seating is further subdivided eg. one block for celebs, another for corporate hospitality, another for friends and family - or is it all just one big mass.

    My leaning would be towards one big mass. After all, it could easily be that the only way to guarantee a seat, week in, week out, for a family member is to have them put up with the big risk of being lumbered next to the likes of Anne Widdicombe/John Prescott ;)

    @fregal don't worry about Louis and Flavias music, it is a modern track but done in the 20's style and should be great

    Nicky's posture is all wrong for the AT; Michael looks to be struggling; Lisa's not got the arched back needed for ballroom. Two of those three in the dance-off for me.

    @btballroom love the analagy..still chuckling.

    @snogglewort. Yeah it must be really tough on Denise...It must be a tough dance when the professionals struggle.

    @ btballroom post 5. Agree, I am sick to the back teeth of that woman. However, at least you can avoid her by not having the red button commentary. ;¬ D

    Getting fed up with Denise always being so negative about each dance they do. Especially when everyone else makes positive comments about their dances for Saturday even when they are ill.

    Top 3 for me tomorrow look like Dani, Louis & Kimberly.

    Just hope the judges are more constructive towards Louis with comments.

    Oh whaddaya know!! Denise is 'struggling' with her Salsa. The struggle will have been worth it though when you get all 10s I'm sure (rolleyes!!)
    And Kimberley... NO TO THAT LIPSTICK! :O

    Just wondering if anyone can tell me the reason why ITT is not on catch up tv or iplayer as quickly as it used to be? Have only started watching ITT too again this week (used to watch it religiously when Claudia did it) but it's a pain having to wait so late or the next day to catch up. Thanks.
