It’s Friday, the best day of the working week. We’re all excited about tomorrow’s live show but how are the celebs and pro-dancers feeling? With the final being so close, everyone’s nerves are on edge...

Sadly someone has to go home this weekend, but which couple do you think it’ll be? With this Saturday’s Dance Fusion, everyone has been working harder than ever. Who do you think will shine? And who do you think will take the final bow? Let us know your thoughts.

Here’s how some of our celebs and pro-dancers are feeling ahead of Saturday’s live show.

Unfortunately we couldn’t catch all the celebs and pro-dancers this week. If you want to see how they’ve all been getting along, watch them in training here:

It's 'Dance Fusion' week, see how our couples are adapting to two styles in training

Don’t forget, Strictly is on tomorrow, at 6.50pm BBC One. Keeeeep dancing!

Am loving strictly this year, so congrats to the bbc for putting on a fab show and picking great contestants. Craig bias? Just have to answer the comment above re the tour! There are quite a few contestants going on tour and think it is unfair to say Craig is bias towards Lisa here. For me Lisa is my main reason for watching as she is fab, great dancer, great entertainer and not arrogant! I think really some contestants think it is their trophy without taking into account the pubic preference, I believe that Lisa is the publics choice to win and wouldn't it be great to have a winner who was truly given no chance of winning the show because of her not being stick thin!

It is the public who will chose the winner and for me and many of my friends and family Lisa is already a winner for what she has done for the show.

Love Craig clearly he is not bias as he has go en Denise top marks throughout the programme he is great and makes the show great. Go Craig you are fab and Lisa you are a star and deserve to win this fab show.

Love the show always have and every year there's always a storm of queries regarding the judges marks (which as we all know are subjective) however, this year even I'M disappointed with the judges double standards. Lisa, great personality and a great advert for dancing (in a positive way) but technically not good at all, last weekend gapping, poor footwork, timing with Robin & hold and thus GROSSLY overmarked. Regarding Denise, I'm now positive she & James could just stand still and the judges would still mark 38/39 !! Talk about stage school favourite's, are they afraid to mark her lower as she's not getting public vote's or something? Louis on the other hand has been marked down a lot... yes he did need to emote more (being a Gymnast a straight face is essential) but his routines been full of content/taken a chance with choreography and scores have not reflected this, also the negative tone of some comments by judges compared with Lisa's grossly poor technique have been appalling. YES she can perform but then she's actress and although I'm well aware personality is a BIG part of this great show it's STILL a dance programme.

For me Lisa and Nicky are the only ones who are still struggling with the technical side. Sorry, Lisa but i do feel your size is preventing you from showing the require posture and hip movements and Nicky is still dancing with bended knees. (not intended as a personal attack on Lisa who has done more to promote dancing than any other celeb)

I am concerned that Louis will be able enact the romantic side of the Rumba.

But overall i can only see Dani and Vincent's "fusion" working, it seems ridiculous to mix conflicting dance genre's and is more of a test of the professionals choreography rather than the celebs skills.

Think Lisa will have to go this week as she opens in panto in Southsea on Wednesday-will be interesting to see what happens if she is kept in. Will she let her panto booking down? If she does go out that will be more than just a coincidence!

Anyone notice that Katherine Jenkins on the ITT Friday Panel was wearing the same dress that Claudia wore a few weeks ago (the one where she came straight from a do & looked much better than Tess)?

    Hi all,

Well it is the weekend and another Strictly live show is upon us god this series has gone quickly and with the quarter finals here the dancing should be taken to the next level.

But with all that is being said I think this year has been more about how the celeb is popular and how much press exposure the celeb is getting though in Lisa Riley's case Robin Windsor's chest is getting more exposure in that photoshoot in Gay Times out of all the male pro's I would fancy him his body is to die for.

But getting back I am gay by the way so I can have those thoughts but with my statement on how popular the celeb is it was something Len said on Len's Lem's last week you go into a supermarket and the main talking point is Lisa Riley so clearly she has the fan base as well as being the judges favourite.

But getting back some couples will find the Dance Fusion difficult and some will find it tough.

For me Kimberley, Lisa and Louis have their routines and music choices just right special mention should go to Vincent and Dani who I am definitely looking forward to watch.

But for me Nicky and Karen and Denise and James should be worried because for me their routines don't work.

Denise and James what's wrong here is the music choice you can't combine Reet Petite with a Jive and Quickstep this song should only be performed to a jive and only a jive.

Nicky and Karen I'd say they have been handed a turkey of a routine dance of death combined with an American Smooth with a song that would be more suited to going out clubbing at a Disco like combining a Big Mac meal with Sauté potatoes.

With that Nicky and Denise for the bottom two this weekend that could change though.

    Keeeeeeeeeeeeep Dancing

Lisa is lovely but she has been overmarked and favoured throughout - she gets marks for being jolly. Karen Hardy has been the only one to point out all her faults in the quickstep last week which for anyone else would have got a slating. anybody can be energetic. Perhaps she is being kept in because she is in the show and she will be good in it but when the judging is unfair it puts you off the show.. I would like It takes Two to be more like points of view - it totally ignores any constructive or adverse comments - just a little too sycophantic.

Given Lisa Riley's booking as the only contestant on the Strictly Confidential tour, please explain how Craig, who is directing the tour, can judge her on Strictly Come Dancing? Isn't that a conflict of interest?
