Wow wow wow, what a Semi Final! With a place in next week’s Strictly Grand Final up for grabs, our five remaining couples really did pull out all the stops. With each pair performing two dances on the night, there was double the fun, double the entertainment and double the jeopardy…

Sitting pretty tied at the top of Saturday’s scoreboard are Natalie and Abbey on 78/80. Team Nartem opened the show with a sizzling Salsa, that earned them their first maximum of the series. Remarkably it was Artem’s first 40 since he joined Strictly –and yes he did shed a little tear, bless. Abbey and Aljaz began their Semi Final campaign with a brilliant Samba which earned them 39, only Craig’s nine denying them a second maximum.

Both couples kept the high scoring up with their second routine, Natalie and Artem’s Argentine Tango smouldered with Latino passion with judges awarding it 38. And Abbey and Aljaz closed the show with an American Smooth which had more glitz and glamour than Bruno’s living room, which scored them another 39.

At the other end of the Leaderboard, with a score of 69 are Patrick and Anya, their Paso Doble only scored 33, Craig was particular critical of them saying it “lacked any Spanish feeling”.

Just above Team PatAnya are Susanna and Kevin who scored a total of 70. Their second dance was a Salsa which was described by Len as “a tad messy” and only scored 32, the lowest of any performance on the night.

Who do you think will escape the dreaded dance Off tomorrow and make it through to the final? Let us you’re predictions below.

What an anticlimax. The winner of strictly come dancing 2013 for me and my friends are Natalie and Artem. They were always a pleasure to watch, got the standing ovation, got the highest points on the night and topped the leader board. Susanna and Kevin were also brilliant.

Abbey was at best bland, but it obviously helps having a footballer husband with the football team behind you.

Now that Natalie didn't win, have you all noticed a side to her character that makes you realise she didn't really have to put in much acting prowess for her role in Coronation Street?

One big fix Sophie and Brendan out first. I could not get through. The engaged tone all the time. So unfair.

Susannah should be embarrassed but she seemed to believe she is the best! Saying my prayers as well now!

Natalie is the best dancer I think and I am sick of Suzanna showing off, her dancing is not up to the standard of the others who are all very close.

When judges scores are equal on the leaderboard, so the 1st equal top couples get top marks i.e. 5, should the next placed couple not get 3 as with other competitions not as has been happening. In not allocating 5 to 1 correctly this makes the public favourites voting carry more power

Here we go for another crazy final with the weakest dancer likely to win! As a dancing competition the judges overall marks are hardly wrong even if we sometimes disagree. Technically the order is Natalie, Abby, Sophie, Susanna. The final result might be in reverse order! Why do people watch the dancing then just vote for a personality, strange really, keep your fingers crossed and sanity might prevail, but doubt it!!

Please Please will the public stop voting for Kevin from Grimsby and vote for the celebrity who is the best dancer. Susanna is benefiting from the popularity of Kevin. I too love Kevin but I recognise Susanna is certainly not the best celeb dancer.
