Final pre-show nerves

Post categories:

BBC Strictly Nora | 15:40 UK time, Friday, 16 December 2011

Our Blackpool ballroom battle is almost upon us, and our three plucky finalists are tantalisingly close to basking in the glow of the Strictly glitter ball. We caught up with Chelsee, Jason and Harry backstage in the Tower Ballroom to test their pre-performance anxiety with a special Blackpool Illumination-themed 'nerve-o-meter' ahead of the Strictly grand final...

Harry forever and I love your cat!

Karen and Mark's AT was way better than Jason's and they didn't get 10s!

  • Comment number 4.

Goooooooooooo Hali! You were so brilliant all through this season - thank you for all the fab Saturday nights and ITT interviews. :) If you're not the ones lifting the Glitter Trophy tomorrow there is no justice!!!

  • Comment number 5.

Harry and Aliona to lift the glitterball on Saturday night they have been the best couple throughout even though they may have some rather stiff competition from Chelsee and Pasha.

By the say Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.
    Keeeeeeeeeeeeep Dancing

Lindylou, @3 - I absolutely adore Harry's and Karen and Mark's AT but if the judges had thought Jason didn't deserve 10s they wouldn't have given him 10s, would they? Go Jastina!!!!!!

Good Luck Jastina, Hali, Chasha!!!!!! You all deserve to be a winner.

May the best person on the night win (hoping it is Chelsee & Pasha) :¬D

Good luck Jason.........thrilled you are in the final! Team Jastina all the way!!! xx

Fiagro77@6 I think the judges wanted to keep Jason in and that's the reason he got 10s! I had no problem with Jason until we got all the 'life coaching' statements and why does he talk so slowly - does he think we have a problem understanding English!!! I like Kristina, but all her crying was way OTT and really put me off her too!!

    them chelsee all the way

    Team harry,and aliona to WINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment number 13.

Lindylou @10. You cannot blame Jason for having 10s. He didn't mark himself, did he? It was the judges' decision. How do you know who the judges want to keep? He does understand English. It's just his personality. We are all different and nobody is perfect in this world. Everybody copes with their feelings in their own way. Some people are stronger, some are week. Surely you should undertand this if you Homo Sapiens (It's latin and I am not sure about English spelling).

Come on here to support your favourite, don't come on here and have a go at the others.
I am sure Harry would say the same, don't you?
Jason has a lot of fan base out there, they got him to the final he deserves to be there he puts everything he has in to his performances.

All three have something special that is why they are in the final they are all worthy winners.
Good luck to Chelsee Harry and of course Jason Enjoy yourselves!

Alisha should be barred from judging the final because she is biased following her comments on the Graham Norton show last night. All three of the finalists are fab and any one of them could win. Shame that Harry is going to resort to showing off his body to gain votes.

Well xymorph I could not agree with you more so let us be glad that it is down to the public to choose. A daily paper mentioned this today and called her the 'resident twit'. Not going to argue with that description. I think Harry is a really nice bloke and a great dancer but did get rather tired of Alesha handing out 10s to him as if they were confetti while drooling over his pecs. When is she going to be replaced? says she despairingly

  • Comment number 17.

Xymorph, I am with you. All three of the finalists are fantastic, that's why the public have chosen them. Whoever wins we will be proud of them. I used to support four couples: Harry, Chelsee, Holly and Jason. Now, due to the financial ussue I give my support to Jason, this what I can afford at this time.

Can I just say well done Zoe for all the great ITTs-didn't think I would enjoy it without Claudia, but you did a fantastic job. Don't know how you managed to keep on interviewing last night while the incredibly childish James Jordan acted the fool behind you-he was so distracting and disrespectful to those being interviewed and it was a shame that some of the other so-called professionals encouraged him by joining in. He obviously hasn't learnt anything from being dropped from the tour. Good luck to the fantastic finalists-will be recording it to watch later tonight as live theatre calls!

  • Comment number 19.

This is going to be the best Strictly final ever.

Good Luck to all three couples.

Are judges marks a reflection of the dancer's ability compared with a professional - or their progress since the first night?

Also - final night they should all do one dance the same for a true comparion ie a waltz or whatever, and one dance of their choice.
