I meet up with GB swimmers Chris Walker-Hebborn and James Goddard at the Spanish Steps in Rome, and chat about what it takes to make it to the top of the sport.

To be honest, this was a slightly pointless post. Could you not have found any swimmers who interview a bit better than these two? What's the secret of success at the highest level? "Well, you've gotta want it." I was hoping for more of a tale of how they came to be where they are today, their training schedules, their specific hopes for the next few years, other than "do well in 2012".
They seemed like nice guys though!
